Had a great experience with Austin roof Dr. several yrs ago with a roof that had multiple repairs/leaks that nobody seemed to be able to fix. They came out and did a great job finally fixed issues and roof still looks amazing. Fast forward about 10yrs and I had another house that needed a new roof and I was sooooo glad I still had their number because I new the job would be done right and fair price. The price was right, the quality is high, the job was done in a very efficient manner and samples were provided before deciding on the style and color. Dealing with homeowners insurance?! Look no further than Doug Redman. I had two properties whose roofs were damaged and in need of full replacement after the hails storm. My primary home was under contract and set to be sold. Doug not only worked with me through a forced placed insurance issue (at no fault of my own) on the property but also communicated with the sellers and I was able to get the house sold. On my second property. Travelers was taking very long to process the claim. Water was beginning to leak into the unit. Doug was able to tarp it and spoke with the insurance company on my behalf. He handled the insurance claim on my rental and even alerted me to damage the insurance company missed during their assessment! Now I have a brand new roof and less headache! I was so happy with Doug’s customer service that I had him stop by an investment property that I thought needed a new roof. My realtor requested a bid from a local roofer who quoted me $8000 for replacement. Doug went out and said all it needed was a tune up  and a new turbine $800  and that the roof still had 5 years left in it. Talk about honesty! I am very pleased with The Austin Roof Doctor! I’ve been dealing with a ongoing roof leak. No one could tell me why I keep having this issue. I keep trying to put sealant where I think the roof leak is coming from but it still leaks. My insurance won’t cover the damage. It’s just an ongoing stressful situation. Being a single mother of 3, I cannot afford a new roof. I reached out to The Austin Roof Doctor and Doug came out of his way to Del Valle . He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He took multiple pictures of my roof and showed me where the water was coming from. He told me that I had a couple of shingles that had come loose due to the screws that were rusted and others shrinking due to the heat. He also showed me the spot that we had missed to cover with sealant. He help put sealant under the shingles, areas that there were gaps, and any other areas he noticed the fasteners were exposed. He told me if it leaks again to reach out. I haven’t had a leak and the best part is that he didn’t charge me. I am very grateful he came to help me. Working with Doug was great, and he went the extra mile throughout the entire process! He was onsite when the adjuster was there, he was the middleman for us with the insurance and mortgage companies. He did the leg work and let us know what we need to do each step of the way. Always patient, friendly, and was there when he said he would be there. His crew was on time and the clean up was thorough. One would not know a roof was replaced!
